Early Access Program Terms

Effective Date: 12th May 2025

1. Introduction and Acceptance These Early Access Program Terms (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Rivelin early access program (“Program”) and your use of any promotional credits provided under this Program. By signing up for the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Rivelin Privacy Policy (https://www.rivelin.io/privacy). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not sign up for or participate in the Program.

“Rivelin”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to Horizon Landings Limited (trading as Rivelin). “You” refers to the individual or entity participating in the Program.

These Terms apply specifically to the pre-launch early access phase. Use of the full Rivelin service after its official launch will be subject to our standard Terms of Service, which will be made available separately.

2. Eligibility Participation in the Program and eligibility for promotional credits is limited to the first 150 individuals who successfully sign up for and are accepted into the Program by Rivelin (“Early Adopters”).

You must sign up using a valid business email address. Sign-ups using personal email addresses (e.g., Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo) may be disqualified at Rivelin’s sole discretion.

Rivelin reserves the right to determine eligibility in its sole discretion and to accept or reject any Program application.

No purchase or credit card is required to sign up for the Program.

3. Early Access Program Details

  • Service Availability: You will be notified by email when access to the Rivelin platform under the Program is available. Access is anticipated around our launch in Spring 2025, but timelines are subject to change.
  • Promotional Credits: Early Adopters (as defined in Section 2) will receive 10,000 free promotional credits for using Rivelin’s services. The purpose of these credits is to facilitate active testing and evaluation of the Rivelin platform.
  • Credit Validity and Active Use: Promotional credits are intended for active evaluation of the Rivelin service during the Early Access Program. All promotional credits awarded under this Program are valid for sixty (30) days from the date they are applied to your account. To encourage active participation and ensure fair access to Program resources, if promotional credits remain entirely unused for a period of fourteen (14) consecutive days after being awarded, Rivelin may, at its discretion, send a reminder notification to the email address associated with your account. If credits continue to remain entirely unused for a further seven (7) consecutive days after such a reminder has been sent, Rivelin reserves the right to expire these credits. Expired credits cannot be reinstated. This policy is in place to ensure that Program resources are utilized by active testers who can contribute to the evolution of the Rivelin service. Promotional credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Nature of Service: The Rivelin service provided under this Program is a pre-release version. It may contain bugs, errors, or inaccuracies, and features may be incomplete or change without notice. The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees regarding uptime, reliability, or functionality during the early access period. You acknowledge that your participation is for the primary purpose of evaluating the service and providing feedback to Rivelin.

4. Use Restrictions Your use of the Rivelin service and promotional credits under this Program is subject to the following restrictions:

  • You may only use the service and credits for internal evaluation purposes to assess Rivelin’s functionality.
  • You may not use the service or credits for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
  • You may not resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer your access or credits to any third party.
  • You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of the service.
  • You may not attempt to circumvent any limitations or restrictions imposed on the service or credits. Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your access and forfeiture of any remaining credits.

5. Feedback We may request feedback from you regarding your experience with the Rivelin service. As a participant in this Early Access Program, you are encouraged to provide such feedback. If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas (“Feedback”), you grant Rivelin a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate such Feedback into our products and services without any obligation or compensation to you.

6. Intellectual Property Rivelin retains all rights, title, and interest in and to its platform, services, documentation, and all associated intellectual property rights. No rights or licenses are granted to you under these Terms except for the limited right to access and use the service for evaluation purposes as described herein.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • Disclaimer: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE RIVELIN SERVICE AND THE EARLY ACCESS PROGRAM ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
  • Limitation of Liability: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RIVELIN AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (a) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE PROGRAM OR SERVICE; (b) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (c) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE PROGRAM, EVEN IF RIVELIN HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL RIVELIN’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE PROGRAM EXCEED TEN POUNDS STERLING (£10.00).

8. Termination Rivelin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, or your participation in it, at any time and for any reason, without prior notice. Upon termination, your access to the service under the Program will cease, and any unused promotional credits will be forfeited. Sections 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 of these Terms shall survive termination.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales to resolve any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Program.

10. Relationship to Future Terms of Service Your use of the Rivelin service after the official public launch will be governed by the standard Rivelin Terms of Service, which will supersede these Early Access Program Terms. You will be required to agree to the standard Terms of Service to continue using the platform post-launch.
